High-temperature radiator fluid fills the main unit, and water flows through a spiral copper pipe inside, getting heated and coming out. ● All bolts and nuts used are made of stainless steel. The brass fitting parts are also made of marine-grade DR Brass. ● The heat exchanger body is made of "co-polymer glass" containing "Nylon 66," the same material used for radiator tanks, which minimizes exposure to "copper," eliminating concerns about corrosion and the need for anti-corrosion anodes. ● Installation can be done horizontally or vertically without any issues. * Heat exchange efficiency may be poor depending on the vehicle model and engine. Additionally, if the water flow is too strong, it may not be adequately heated. * Please ensure that the direction in which the radiator fluid enters is opposite to the direction in which the water enters. * Do not disassemble the heat exchanger, twist the hose joint parts, or apply unnecessary force. This may cause water leakage and malfunction.
