Examples of suspension upper fixed components and front caliper brackets!
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of additive manufacturing (AM) for lightweighting solar car components. The focus is on two parts, with the main objective of reducing the weight of the solar car body, aiming for optimized components that enhance added value such as "lightweighting," "maintaining rigidity," and "durability." Optimization was carried out using the generative design feature of "Fusion360" on the selected parts identified through "parts screening." [Case Overview] ■ Optimization Design - STEP 1: Material Properties - STEP 2: Constraint Conditions/Load Conditions/Design Area - STEP 3: GD Design Conditions - STEP 4: GD Design Results - STEP 5: DfAM - STEP 6: Necessity of Simulation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
