We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Manga Content" at PARCO Co., Ltd. We created a training tool aimed at promoting the understanding of PARCO points among shop staff, with the goal of encouraging customers (PARCO users) to learn about and register for the points. This led to the decision to implement the manga tool. We produced a 20-page manga booklet and a manga video with the same content, which were distributed and streamed to PARCO locations nationwide. Along with training using the manga booklet and video, we conducted a PARCO points introduction campaign, resulting in the highest number of registrations in recent times.
