We can manufacture a measuring ball with a diameter not specified in the steel ball standards as a single piece. We can also accommodate tip cuts and special shapes.
Many ball measuring probes are of the type that bond steel balls, but our company can manufacture them as a single machined piece. The compatible ball diameters range from φ0.2 to φ100. If you request a special diameter from a steel ball manufacturer, they will produce 1,000 to 10,000 pieces, which means using only 2 for the measuring probe is wasteful.
