We would like to introduce examples of activities related to our CSIRT outsourcing service. During normal times, we handle inquiries from the customer CSIRT, conduct regular reporting meetings, perform triage of events escalated from the SOC (monitoring network logs, endpoint logs, security devices, etc.), and provide advice on responses.
