Adopting a straight-line balance arm system! It is possible to measure frictional force with greater accuracy.
The "TYPE: 40" is a friction and wear testing machine that determines the number of reciprocating cycles at which changes in surface condition and film detachment occur by measuring the increase or decrease in friction resistance due to repeated friction in a reciprocating motion. It comes standard with a large lift-up acrylic cover that can be used during testing. An optional feature allows for simple sealing of the cover. Additionally, it has a stroke of 13mm in the Y direction, which reduces the effort required for testing. 【Features】 ■ Real-time measurement of changes in friction resistance due to wear ■ Large lift-up acrylic cover / simple sealing function ■ Standard equipped with a Y-direction stage ■ Various measurement jigs *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

In the field of scientific instruments for small-batch production of various types, we have developed the "Three-One Motor," which makes the stirring operation essential for chemical experiments safer, easier to use, and also suitable for stirring research. We have also focused on tribology (the study of friction), which is closely related to equipment design, new material development, and everyday life, with our "Tribogear." By concentrating on these areas of stirrers and friction and wear testing equipment, we have built a deep and solid foundation of technologically advanced products and established trust over the past 50 years. Moving forward, we are committed to advancing product development with unique ideas from Haydon. This is Haydon's belief.
