Disk-on-disk and ball-on-disk friction and wear measurement!
The "TYPE: 20" is a torque-type friction resistance measuring device with a torque converter directly connected to a turntable capable of carrying test specimens. On the load side, a disk with surface contact and a ball indenter with point contact can be selected. Both the disk and the ball indenter can balance their own weight, allowing for accurate friction and wear tests from low loads. Additionally, a safety interlocked opening and closing cover is standard, further enhancing safety during measurements. 【Main Specifications (Partial)】 ■ Rotational Speed: 30–3000 rpm (with rotational speed display and total rotation count display) ■ Automatic Stop Function ・ Stop after specified rotation count (up to 99,999,999 rotations) ・ Stop after specified time (up to 65,535 seconds) ■ Measurement Range: 0–4000 g·cm ■ Turntable: φ5 inch *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

In the field of scientific instruments for small-batch production of various types, we have developed the "Three-One Motor," which makes the stirring operation essential for chemical experiments safer, easier to use, and also suitable for stirring research. We have also focused on tribology (the study of friction), which is closely related to equipment design, new material development, and everyday life, with our "Tribogear." By concentrating on these areas of stirrers and friction and wear testing equipment, we have built a deep and solid foundation of technologically advanced products and established trust over the past 50 years. Moving forward, we are committed to advancing product development with unique ideas from Haydon. This is Haydon's belief.
