We would like to introduce a case where we dramatically reduced the running costs of pallets. In an automotive parts production site, there was a problem where the transport pallets were worn out, causing a loss of positional accuracy and resulting in downtime. To address this, we improved the design to allow for the replacement of only the worn areas, extending the lifespan of the pallet itself.
