[Case Study] Improvement of Grinding Force Sustainability through the Development of a Revolutionary Grinding Belt
A case where hints were gained from casual conversations while trying out various prototypes with customers, leading to the creation of a prototype!
We would like to introduce a case where we achieved the development of a groundbreaking grinding belt using a new special raw material that had not been used at all until now. In the process of removing the black scale from the workpiece, we collaborated with our customers to prototype various belts with the aim of improving the grinding power sustainability of the grinding belt. We proposed the use of a special raw material (aggregate) that had not been used before, successfully achieving a significant improvement in lifespan and ensuring stable surface roughness. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - To simultaneously achieve improvements in "grinding power sustainability," "familiarity," and "surface roughness." ■ Results - The birth of a "groundbreaking grinding belt." *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its establishment in 1948, our company has steadily developed as a specialized trading company focused on precision processing systems. Despite challenges such as the bursting of the bubble economy, the Lehman Shock, and the COVID-19 pandemic, we have maintained profitable management and a strong financial foundation over the years while continuing to grow steadily. Additionally, we have established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai, China, and are expanding our business globally. We are also enhancing our technical capabilities beyond the scope of a trading company by establishing Koshou Green Engineering Co., Ltd., a construction specialist company, and a technology department focused on quality assurance. As the industry structure undergoes rapid changes and the needs of our customers and suppliers become increasingly diverse, we aspire to be a company that continues to provide solutions that our customers truly need from a global perspective.
