Mutual enhancement of financial value and social value: Next-generation stadiums and arenas with high social value.
Our company will hold a seminar titled "Visualization and Quantification of the Value of Stadiums and Arenas on Surrounding Areas and How to Utilize It." In recent years, as new stadiums and arenas have been established across the country, there is a growing demand to increase stadiums and arenas that have high "economic effects" and "social contributions" on surrounding areas. To address this, we will introduce methods for visualizing and quantifying the social value of stadiums and arenas on surrounding areas through an explanation of the "Guidelines for Utilizing the Social Value of Stadiums and Arenas" published by the Japan Sports Agency in May 2024. We will also clearly explain effective ways and approaches to utilize this information to gain support from stakeholders.
