【Mold Development】 We have established a system that allows for a consistent process from mold design, electrical discharge machining, wire cutting, and mold manufacturing using machining equipment, to assembly, adjustment, and trial runs. Under a collaborative quality management system utilizing 3D precision measurement, we respond to your requests. 【Press Processing】 We are equipped with a wide range of press machines from 35t to 500t, including high-performance servo press machines, and we pursue the efficiency and potential of metal pressing using single-shot, progressive, and robotic lines, including multi-point tapping in intermediate stages. For high-volume consumption projects, materials are procured through direct transactions with our parent company, Sado Island Co., Ltd., and various manufacturers. Secondary processing such as slitting and leveling is conducted through direct purchases from leading coil centers, especially for smaller quantities, starting with our group companies. Our collaborative system within the group contributes to Q.C.D. responses for our customers. 【Painting: Surface Treatment】 We can respond to rust prevention and surface treatment with short lead times. In particular, our cationic electrodeposition coating line includes a "pre-drying process after chemical treatment." The equipment is designed to ensure that the electrodeposition liquid penetrates even the smallest gaps in the parts, forming a uniform epoxy-based electrodeposition coating. Both electrodeposition and solvent painting focus on quality, delivery, and price, allowing us to provide high-quality products through accumulated expertise in equipment design and know-how.

◎Press Processing At the Urayasu Factory's Technical Department, serving as the group center, we design molds that are optimal for mass production scale and characteristics according to customer specifications and cost requirements. The molds produced by leveraging strong mold manufacturers, including the Koyama Factory, are equipped with life-hack-like specifications based on the experience cultivated since our founding, pursuing cost and quality that satisfy our customers. The products manufactured, regardless of the industry to which they are delivered, have quality data collected uniformly for each production lot, ensuring traceability at the product unit level.

◎ Finished Product Assembly and Performance Guarantee Starting in early 2025, we will assemble finished battery units for major housing manufacturers. We will set up large-capacity batteries provided by the manufacturer and conduct finished product inspections that include individual battery performance and overall unit functionality tests, guaranteeing performance. Products that pass inspection will be packaged in dedicated cosmetic containers and shipped with serial management for specific individual households.
