The standard operating pressure is -0.1 to 1.0 MPa, with some models capable of handling up to 10 MPa. The operating temperature range is 0 to 100°C (without condensation), making it suitable for various industrial environments. The connection is a one-touch detachable type, employing a ball lock structure that ensures a reliable seal without the need for tools. An O-ring is used in the sealing section, with materials such as NBR, FKM, and EPDM available depending on the application. There are model variations that accommodate pipe diameters from Φ3 to Φ100, allowing for optimal selection based on the workpiece. The body material can be chosen from lightweight and highly durable aluminum alloy or stainless steel (SUS304), ensuring reliability for long-term use. Additionally, we can flexibly accommodate specifications for automatic machines and custom shapes for specific workpieces.
