We would like to introduce a case where the "Muscle Suit" was implemented at the San Yoshikatsu Poultry Cooperative. The company has faced challenges due to the aging of its workforce and a recent shortage of younger workers. Additionally, the weight of the birds being shipped has increased, resulting in a heavy workload. As a result, it became necessary to change the person in charge during tasks that could not be completed continuously for an hour.
