We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Muscle Suit" at Showei Co., Ltd. The company faced the challenge of how to reduce the physical burden on employees and avoid risks such as work-related accidents. Additionally, it was important to introduce tools that could alleviate the "three Ks" (kitanai, kitsui, kiken - dirty, difficult, and dangerous) to help attract female employees. After the implementation, employees felt that their lower back was more comfortable than before, and the instances of taking time off work due to sudden lower back pain or back injuries decreased.
