The company wanted to make the unloading of boxes containing tea easier and initially looked for industrial robots. However, they could not reach an agreement on securing installation space and costs, leading them to abandon the idea. It was then that they discovered our product, which led to its implementation. After the introduction, they have been utilizing it during the tea blending process. Originally, three people were needed to operate the manufacturing, but now it has become possible with just two.
