"Rob X" is a simple-to-manage ballast bottom filler for areas with consolidated ballast (such as gravel and mud). It is a moisture-curing polyurethane resin that reacts to moisture from the air and surrounding environment, expanding and hardening. Hardening begins approximately 15 minutes after application, with initial strength developing in about 1 hour.
