We would like to introduce our "Rechargeable Screwdriver." It prevents common issues during tightening operations, such as diagonal tightening, double tightening, and jamming, while improving tightening quality. Panasonic, having listened to the voices from production lines, offers robust support features that make this possible! 【Features】 ■ Diagonal Tightening Reduction Function By initially rotating in reverse for about 360 degrees, it reduces the risk of screw misalignment and jamming of the screw threads. ■ Tightening Failure Notification Function By registering the working time in advance on the main unit, it alerts you if the work time is not reached, indicating a tightening failure. ■ Speed Switching Function After the set tightening time has elapsed, it automatically switches to a low-speed setting (300 rpm) to reduce damage to the materials. ■ Tightening Count Notification Function When the set tightening count (cumulative) is reached, the main unit locks and stops operation.
