The Interbolt is calibrated against high-precision load standards and comes with a calibration certificate. The bolt tightening axial force value is displayed in units of 1 kN. Additionally, the axial force trend of the bolt is graphed and saved, allowing for long-term monitoring of bolt axial force. It also features a built-in LED indicator that allows you to check the bolt's looseness visually! Workers can easily confirm that the bolts are tightened correctly, even in dark places. The alert notification function detects bolt looseness and notifies you, enabling the prevention of equipment failures during operation. No wiring work is required with wireless operation! Axial force measurement data is obtained from the Interbolt via LoRa wireless communication. Compatible bolt sizes: M16 and above for hex bolts, M30 and above for stud bolts.
