Since it uses a ball screw, it is optimal for operations that dislike backlash. Additionally, it has a handle, allowing for manual fine adjustments. The specifications marked with an asterisk (*) below represent the current design, but capacity, resolution, and other aspects can be modified, so please contact us with your requirements. ■ Pump Head - Material: PEEK, PPS, Acrylic*, Stainless Steel - Connection Port: 1/4-28 Flat*, M6 Flat, 10-32 Coned - Can be manifolded to attach "valves" and "pressure sensors" - Equipped with seal cleaning function ■ Plunger - Material: Stainless Steel (coating available)*, Borosilicate Glass, Sapphire, Alumina, Zirconia - Diameter: φ2 to φ18 - Stroke: 4mm to 30mm ■ Seal - Material: UHMWPE*, PTFE - Seal Load: Metal Spring*, O-ring ■ Feed Screw - Lead: 1mm, 2mm, 5mm ■ Drive - Stepper Motor (2-phase*, 5-phase) - Origin Sensor (Limit Sensor)* - Driver board can be manufactured (can also be driven via communication commands)
