This is an inverted fluorescence microscope with a high-brightness LED light source. The excitation light source consists of a single LED light, and it is equipped with one fluorescence filter (single channel). It is a simple, user-friendly, and cost-effective inverted fluorescence microscope. It comes with a total of eight types of fluorescence dyes, including DAPI, GFP, FITC, Alexa Fluor, TRITC (Rhodamine), and Cy3, allowing compatibility with representative fluorescent dyes. Please choose the one that suits your application. The excitation light source is a high-brightness LED (made by Nichia), and it allows for adjustment of the excitation light intensity. It features an infinity-corrected optical system and is equipped with plan achromatic objective lenses, providing clear and sharp images even at the periphery of the field of view. In addition to fluorescence observation, it also supports bright field and phase contrast observation, enabling examination of the same area using different observation methods. Additionally, optional low autofluorescence objective lenses for fluorescence are available. The wide-field eyepiece is designed for high eye-point specifications, allowing for observation while wearing glasses. It is also possible to attach a microscope camera. We offer high-sensitivity cameras and cooled cameras that are ideal for observing fluorescence images. The eyepiece is at a comfortable height for observation, and the stage is low, providing excellent operability and allowing for easy examination in a relaxed posture.
