We received two samples of metal coatings for truck and automotive parts from a customer engaged in low-volume, high-variety production. They were experiencing issues with shipping different products due to multiple part numbers flowing through the same line. Here, we present a case study on how we conducted verification to distinguish between the two samples. Using DeepSky's inspection capabilities, we were able to make determinations. DeepSky is designed solely for inspection functions, and by integrating it with PLCs and socket communication, it can be applied to various inspections. We have made commands available for input and output, allowing customers to create their own software for free.
