The lifespan of a planetary gearbox depends on how it is used, but generally, it becomes difficult to transmit power due to wear on the output shaft bearings, carrier shaft, and gears. Based on our past performance, the first component to wear out among the consumable parts is the carrier shaft (pin). With the spread of brushless motors, efforts have been made to extend motor lifespan; however, the gearboxes have not kept pace. To respond to the demand for longer motor lifespans, we have equipped the output stage with ceramic carrier shafts (pins), significantly enhancing the durability of the gearboxes.
