Towards Stable Operation with High-Precision Diagnosis: Current Information Diagnosis System 'T-MCMA'
Early detection of abnormalities in rotating machinery through remote monitoring. Contributes to improved operational efficiency and trouble prevention.
"T-MCMA" is a system that monitors and diagnoses the state of motors and load-side machinery in rotating machines with high precision. By simply clamping a current sensor to the power line in the distribution board, it can analyze the motor's drive current signal regardless of the installation environment on-site, allowing for constant awareness of the health of rotating machinery. 【Functions】 ■ Early detection of abnormalities in the motor and load-side machinery, enabling preventive maintenance. ■ Measurement and diagnosis can be performed without the need for complex installation work by simply attaching clamp sensors to the electrical panel. ■ Multi-channel online monitoring and diagnosis supported by wireless networks and cloud technology. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with a wide range of rotating machinery, from general rotating machines to low-speed rotating machines, inverter-driven machines, and high-voltage motors. ■ Applicable to machinery in various locations such as underwater (in liquid), high places, and hazardous areas (high temperature, explosion-proof). ■ Real-time multi-channel monitoring enabled by wireless networks and cloud computing. ■ Implementation with reduced initial investment is possible, allowing for remote diagnosis from various locations. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Current Information Diagnosis** Current information diagnosis is an advanced technology for evaluating and diagnosing the condition of rotating machinery. When abnormalities or changes in condition occur in rotating machinery, fluctuations in the magnetic gap arise, leading to disturbances in the magnetic field within the stator, which results in the generation of a minute back electromotive force in the stator current of the induction motor. By analyzing the unique information generated in the stator current of the induction motor induced by this subtle back electromotive force, it becomes possible to understand the health status of the rotating machinery and perform diagnostics. **TM-CLOUD** "TM-CLOUD" is a service that allows the utilization of "T-MCMA" via the cloud. As long as there is an internet connection, monitoring and diagnosing rotating machinery can be performed from anywhere. We provide our customers with a data viewing software called "VFC-1," making data display more convenient. "VFC-1" is a web browser-based system equipped with diagnostic support functions such as early detection of abnormalities and automatic generation of diagnostic reports, strongly supporting diagnostic operations. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
