At Shinwa Kijin, when receiving orders, we listen to customers' requests regarding the cutting work, cutting methods, and processing. Based on our 50 years of manufacturing experience, we provide advice and select the material, taper angle, and cutting edge angle of the circular knives. By maintaining a consistent production process, we offer products that meet our customers' needs. Additionally, while Shinwa Kijin is a manufacturing company, we also focus on regrinding. Regrinding is not just about ensuring the blade is sharp. To ensure safe use, we conduct visual inspections of the blades (for chipping, cracks, etc.). Once the inspection is passed, we proceed with the regrinding. Since we select the cutting edge based on the cutting work and methods during manufacturing, we must grind the cutting edge to match the specified angles. Furthermore, for products that have been regrinded multiple times, we also need to perform taper processing. By paying attention to these aspects during regrinding, we can restore the original sharpness of the blades.
