The IF250 series can detect objects at a distance of up to 12mm despite its very flat design. This performance is unmatched in this housing class and opens up new application areas where standard cylindrical sensors cannot fit due to limited installation space. The compact design makes it ideal not only for new installations but also for retrofitting existing plants where sensors were not originally intended. The metal sleeve of the body allows for stable installation.
