Antibody purification on a micro-scale using a proprietary chip compatible with HTS.
This is the PhyTip column ProPlus/ProPlus LX (MabSelect SuRe) using Proplus resin, which outperforms Protein A and Protein G. ▪️ Equipped Technology It features a unique microscale chromatography that employs the patented dual-flow chromatography (DFC), which is the foundational technology of the PhyTip column. Due to its chip-type chromatography, it is compatible with major liquid handlers. The use of the PhyTip column requires pipetting operations at low speeds, so a dedicated electric pipetter, the 'ME System', or a liquid handler robot is necessary. It is compatible with a wide range of resins and custom packing is also available. It is suitable for processing small volumes of multiple samples and can be adapted to major liquid handler robots. A dedicated electric pipetter, the 'ME System', is available for adjustments before transitioning to a smaller number of samples or liquid handlers. If you wish to use a resin not listed in the product list, we can fill the resin for you.

Detailed information
-
Dual Flow Chromatography Technology A hydrophilic screen is fixed above and below the resin filled in the chip, allowing for repeated suction and discharge, which improves the binding capacity with the resin, unlike conventional unidirectional chromatography. The realization of pipetting operations enables reproducible data to be obtained through the use of electric pipettors or liquid handlers. Additionally, pipetting at low speeds allows for purification under mild conditions without losing the original activity of the proteins.
