Achieve HTS with a small amount of purified recombinant AAV! CaptureSelect AAV Phytip column.
CaptureSelect AAVX Affinity Matrix is specially designed to meet the high selectivity and capacity required for large-scale downstream purification of a wide range of natural and synthetic adeno-associated virus (AAV) serotypes used in gene therapy applications. CaptureSelect AAVX resin has demonstrated binding reactivity against a series of AAV serotypes, including AAV1, AAV2, AAV3, AAV4, AAV5, AAV6, AAV7, AAV8, AAV9, AAVrh10, and synthetic serotypes. The PhyTip column is filled with a minimum resin volume of 5 µl, and its unique Dual Flow Chromatography technology allows for the complete process of protein adsorption, washing, and elution to be performed with pipetting operations. It is compatible with major liquid handlers for chip-type chromatography. The use of the PhyTip column requires pipetting operations at low speeds, necessitating dedicated electric pipettors like the 'ME System' or liquid handler robots. It is compatible with a wide variety of resins and custom packing is also available.

Detailed information
-
Dual Flow Chromatography technology involves hydrophilic screens fixed above and below the resin filled in the chip. Unlike conventional unidirectional chromatography, DFC allows for repeated suction and discharge, enhancing the binding capacity with the resin. With the realization of pipetting operations, reproducible data can be obtained through the use of electric pipettors and liquid handlers. Additionally, pipetting at low speeds enables purification under mild conditions without losing the original activity of the proteins.
