Skylogic has already developed AI for detecting foreign substances in food.
▼Obtaining Anisakis → Until Filming This time, we conducted a verification at our company to find "Anisakis," which we received several inquiries about from customers, using AI. We started by trying to obtain live Anisakis, but it turned out to be more difficult than we expected... We visited several supermarkets and fish shops in the city and made phone calls to request their help. Despite it being an extremely busy time of year, I made a strange request to unknown housewives, saying, "Can you give me live Anisakis for an experiment to find Anisakis with AI (to summarize)?" I am very grateful to the supermarkets that cooperated with us, and to the staff in the fresh fish section who helped us. Thank you very much. We assembled the equipment assuming an operation where we conduct AI Anisakis inspections on a slowly moving conveyor, and if detected, a buzzer would sound to stop the conveyor. Anisakis glows in response to specific wavelengths of ultraviolet light, so we use UV LED light sources and filters that pass specific wavelengths. In image processing, it is also important to capture images that make it easier to find Anisakis through optical manipulation.

basic information
▼Until AI learns to detect Anisakis 1) Place several obtained Anisakis on a fillet of mackerel, taking photos while changing the location and angle of the Anisakis. 2) After taking about 100 photos and enclosing the Anisakis in rectangles (annotation work), press the learning button. 3) Using the completed training data, conduct an experiment by flowing mackerel fillets on a conveyor to see if Anisakis can be detected. This method is very effective against foreign substances that do not have a fixed shape, color, or size, and could be very helpful in food-related settings. Since the Anisakis are alive, they change shape as they pass under the camera, but the detection rate for Anisakis was almost 100%. As there weren't many sample products (Anisakis) this time, increasing the number of samples and training data is expected to further improve accuracy. Of course, it is possible to train and detect multiple types of foreign substances at once, not just one type. We would be delighted if we could solve problems in the field of "food," which is close to us but has been difficult with previous image processing techniques, using the power of AI. "Achieve significant effects" while "keeping costs down." It requires endless effort despite its simplicity. This is why SkyLogic believes it is valuable to continue pursuing "cost-effectiveness" through means such as technology and services. EasyInspector2/DeepSky: An appearance inspection software with a cumulative installation record of 2,500. Effect: We have developed a high-precision and lightweight AI model. It can connect five cameras simultaneously to one PC. Cost: To reduce the cost of learning setup, it is no-code, and simply deciding the inspection mode determines the necessary processing. Expansion and horizontal deployment are possible at low cost. EasyMonitoring2: A system that accurately reads and records meters through cameras and notifies of abnormalities, eliminating time-consuming and costly patrol monitoring. Effect: Not only meter reading but also the confirmation of processing tanks and oil leaks can be automated using AI. Cost: It can connect to inexpensive cameras, up to 100, with one PC. There are no monthly fees. In addition to these, we offer various products for "cost-effectiveness." Please let us know your company's challenges and themes.
