For micro-scale (small quantity) GST-tagged protein purification! GST PhyTip columns are also ideal for HTS.
It can be used for protein purification of GST-tagged fusion proteins on a microscale. It is compatible with major liquid handlers for chip-type chromatography. The use of PhyTip columns requires pipetting at low speeds, so a dedicated electric pipetter, such as the 'ME System', or a liquid handler robot is necessary. It is compatible with a wide variety of resins and custom packing is also available.

Detailed information
-
Dual-flow chromatography technology Hydrophilic screens are fixed above and below the resin filled in the chip, and unlike conventional unidirectional chromatography, DFC allows for repeated suction and discharge, improving the binding affinity with the resin. With the realization of pipetting operations, reproducible data can be obtained using electric pipettors or liquid handlers. Additionally, pipetting at low speeds allows for purification under mild conditions without losing the original activity of the proteins.
