Transport 3-axis shock acceleration temperature and humidity recorder / Model number MC7GR-100dG
Ease of use like never before, with performance and pricing that have never been seen.
Ideal for recording vibration impacts such as drops and collisions of transported goods. By incorporating a super-miniature 3-axis accelerometer developed through micromachine technology, ultimate miniaturization and low cost have been achieved. The MC7GR-100dG/MC7GL-100dG/MC7GPS-100dG realizes vibration impact recording with a maximum of 100G for 3-axis static acceleration values at a minimum sampling period of 1 msec. The main unit is also equipped with a temperature and humidity sensor, recording changes in 3-axis acceleration, temperature, and humidity over time. The recorded data can be easily imported to a computer via the USB interface of the main unit using the standard attached application, allowing for immediate graph display and printing. Additionally, the recorded data can be saved in CSV format, enabling data analysis tailored to measurement purposes using spreadsheet software. The MC7GPS-100dG, equipped with a GPS module, can capture and record the occurrence date and time of damage or destruction due to drops or collisions during transport, which has traditionally been difficult to identify, making it ideal for quality assurance of transported goods. The MC7GL-100dG (Bluetooth-equipped) allows for control of recording start and stop, as well as confirmation of various setting conditions from a smartphone after setting the measurement conditions.
