If only the chain is being replaced, number the apron pans in the order they were removed, and recreate that order when reinstalling. 6. Reattach the removed components and check the position and joints of the apron pan. 7. If there is significant wear on guides for load spills or similar parts, repair or replace them at this time. 8. Conduct a trial run of the conveyor to confirm it operates normally. 9. The apron pan has a direction of travel, so please check carefully to avoid mistakes.
