[Case Study] Tablet and Smartphone Monitoring

A case where the ability to understand the equipment status at hand has enabled a rapid response during alarm occurrences.

We would like to introduce a case where we conducted monitoring of tablets and smartphones to efficiently obtain equipment information. There were challenges such as wanting to efficiently acquire equipment information and wanting to implement familiar touch panel operations on tablets. Therefore, we utilized multifunctional touch panels that have become common in recent years, combining them with general-purpose devices to achieve management and monitoring via tablets and smartphones. Since the on-site touch panel can be directly converted into a tablet, the time required for operation training is eliminated, making it easier to hand over responsibilities for equipment management.
