This product uses a motor built into a driven torque sensor to rotate a ball screw, performing either reciprocating or one-way measurements while measuring the torque (axial force) during the process. Control is managed by firmware embedded in the controller, and measurement operations are conducted through a computer. Data collection, analysis, and graph processing of the measurement data can be performed using dedicated software. The measurement results are displayed in real-time as graphs on the computer screen, and it is also possible to show the pass/fail judgment results of the measured values. This measuring device is equipped with position control, enabling accurate measurement of positioning torque.
