We would like to introduce a case study on the use of beacons handled by our company for "employee work hour management." To make it easier to grasp the working conditions of employees located away from the headquarters, we collected information on their check-in locations and times based on the data received from beacons installed in stores on company smartphones. This has enabled us to manage employees by confirming actual conditions through check-in/check-out tracking on company smartphones and by checking discrepancies with shift management tables and time cards.
