Compatible with various film media from all manufacturers! Contributes to improved testing accuracy with simple operation and high reproducibility!
This is a device that automates the preprocessing steps for microbial testing and viable cell count testing in the quality control processes of food and beverage manufacturers. It is easy to use, requiring only the insertion of samples into a stomach bag and setting it in the device. The device automatically performs sample weighing, dispensing of dilution liquid based on the sample weight, stomacher processing, stepwise dilution, and dropping onto film media (and optionally spread plating). It guarantees high accuracy and reproducibility with simple operations that do not require advanced manual skills. The software used for control supports various stepwise dilutions and the number of inoculations. Additionally, it is compatible with various media from film media manufacturers such as Neogen Japan and Kikkoman Biochemifa, so there is no need to change the media you are currently using.
