Automation of pre-treatment for microbial testing using agar medium! Contributes to improved testing accuracy with simple operation and high dispensing precision!
This is a device that automates the preprocessing steps for microbial testing and viable cell count testing in the quality control processes of food and beverage manufacturers. It is compatible with the culture method using agar media as specified in the food hygiene inspection guidelines. It automatically performs the dilution of test samples and the dispensing and mixing of media for contamination indicator bacteria testing (bacterial count testing). The dilution rate can be set arbitrarily, allowing for a maximum of 8 levels of dilution. The simple operation, which does not depend on the operator's skill level, reduces human error and contributes to improved work efficiency.
