After tightening with an electric screwdriver, it was desired to check the torque with a torque wrench, but this was abandoned due to cycle time constraints. It was necessary to introduce tightening equipment that could collect data such as tightening torque without extending the cycle time. After implementation, it became possible to measure results simultaneously with tightening, enabling torque management within the cycle time. Additionally, various tightening data such as tightening angle and tightening speed could also be collected, in addition to tightening torque.
