There was a consultation about whether it is possible to automatically extract the contents of a box. There were challenges such as how to separate the contents from the box and whether they would be damaged during the separation process, so we started by cutting the edges of the box corners. There were issues with the precision of the cutting position and the cutting method, so we began to verify each aspect and refined the process to suit automation. Recently, we have also received projects outside the automotive parts field, and we are continuously challenging ourselves to try new things using the technology we have accumulated. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding the pros and cons of "sometimes with robots, sometimes without." In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to multiple product compatibility and weight limitations in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
