We collaborate with partner factories to provide support all the way to the final finishing, focusing on precision welding of thin plates, precision sheet metal processing, and machining (NC lathes and machining centers). ★ Precision Welding of Thin Plates We possess YAG laser welding, plasma welding, micro plasma welding, spot welding, micro spot welding, TIG welding, and semi-automatic welding. We select welding machines according to the required dimensional accuracy, strength, and degree of deformation, ensuring careful welding. ★ Precision Sheet Metal Processing We have laser cutting machines, press brakes (benders), three-roll machines, and various general-purpose types. We can quickly respond to 3D-shaped sheet metal using dedicated unfolding CAD. We can also handle small lots of press-formed products using simple molds. ★ Machining We have a 10-inch CNC lathe and a large vertical machining center (X-axis 2060mm, Y-axis 940mm). We can perform turning operations on thin-walled rings and shape cutting (part processing) using a 3-axis simultaneous machining center with 3D CAD/CAM, including difficult-to-cut materials (such as heat-resistant alloys). ★ We also process small-diameter holes (hole diameter φ0.1 to φ1.0mm) using an electron beam drilling machine owned by our partner factory, producing filters, strainers, baskets, and more.
