The criteria are (1) tilt (2) vertical position (3) missing parts (4) misalignment and lifting. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 The inspection was conducted using our software EasyInspector. For tilt and missing parts, it was possible to use the "presence of specified color inspection" feature. It was set up so that if the components illuminated by the lighting could be detected as white within the inspection frame, it would be considered a pass. For vertical position, misalignment, and lifting, the "comparison with master image" feature was used, and it was set to pass if the difference from the master image was within 5%.
