Challenges towards solving social issues from Shibuya.
We will hold a seminar on "Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd.'s VISION2030 Long-Term Management Plan." The corporate vision "VISION2030" for Tokyu Construction aims to create corporate value through solving social issues, and will be promoted by leveraging the three values we provide, as well as the power of human resources and digital technology, in addition to the urban development know-how we have cultivated without halting urban functions. We will elaborate on the challenges of survival in the construction industry, which is easily affected by external factors such as labor shortages due to population decline and rising prices. Although I have been in the sales department for the past 30 years and have limited experience in the management strategy department, I hope to share insights from my experience at the forefront of customer interactions. 【Seminar Details】 ■ Date and Time: October 25, 2024 (Friday) 13:30 - 15:30 (Doors open at 13:00) ■ Venue: JPI Conference Square ■ Address: 5-2-32 Minami Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Kowa Hiroo Building ■ Participation Method: In-person, Live Streaming ■ Speaker: Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd.
