The specifications include "Standard Series" and "High-Performance Series." Here, we will introduce the features of the specifications that fall under the "Standard Series." 【Features】 ● Standard Specification Made of general-purpose polyacetal resin, suitable for general applications. ● Low Friction and Wear-Resistant Specification (LF) Utilizes low friction and wear-resistant polyacetal. Compared to the standard specification, it has a lower coefficient of friction, effectively reducing line pressure and preventing scratches on transported items. Compared to the standard and ultra-low friction wear-resistant specifications, it is less prone to wear elongation, resulting in improved lifespan. ● Ultra-Low Friction and Wear-Resistant Specification (ALF) This is our original material developed for dry transport. It is suitable for processes where the generation of wear powder under non-lubricated conditions needs to be reduced. It is effective for smooth branching and gathering of transported items and reducing required power. ● Low Friction Specification (WR) Utilizes polyacetal with improved corrosion resistance. Suitable for conveyors that use chemicals, as well as conveyors for beverages and food. ● Low Friction Specification (NLF) Can be used for various applications. It is effective in reducing line pressure and preventing scratches on transported items. Suitable for conveyors for aluminum cans, beverages, and food.
