The following PFASs are currently subject to regulation: Fully regulated: Precursors of PFOS, PFOA, and PFHXs are subject to regulation for almost all uses. Planned European Restrictions: PFHxA is prohibited for the following limited uses: Textiles, leather, paper, food packaging, shoes, etc. As there is no empirical evidence proving the harmfulness of other PFASs, and restricting them would have a significant impact on industries such as semiconductors and automobiles, the European Chemicals Agency announced on August 27th of this year that fluoropolymers for industrial use will be exempt from regulation. Several fluorochemical manufacturers have announced the discontinuation of their products; however, our products are currently not subject to regulation, so we do not plan to halt supply. The basic functions of the fluorine coating agent "Fluorosurf" aerosol release agent "Mold Free" are as follows: 【Dirt Resistance and Release Properties】 The surface reduces the adhesion of fingerprints and dirt, and it is easy to wipe off any dirt that has adhered. The functionality continues even after wiping with tissues or similar materials. Additionally, when applied to molds for resin forming, it exhibits excellent release properties. 【Water and Oil Repellency】 The fluorine film exhibits water and oil repellency, providing various benefits such as preventing the rise of oils and fats and preventing diffusion. 【Moisture Resistance and Insulation】 The thin film provides protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, and resistance to lithium battery electrolytes. It is ideal for waterproofing and insulating electronic components, as well as for moisture-proof and waterproof coatings on printed circuit boards. 【Low Refractive Index】 It forms a low refractive index film, which is effective in reducing reflected light and improving transmitted light. 【Low Friction】 The fluorine-coated surface has a dry film with a low friction coefficient of 0.1 or less, resulting in a low-friction surface. *Our products are industrial chemical products, and we cannot provide samples for personal use (in cases without corporate status), medical applications, or applications involving contact with food.
