The "Micromax 8375" is a silver paste that allows for the formation of wiring electrodes and terminal electrodes through low-temperature firing at 370-400°C, suitable for applications where high-temperature processes cannot be applied. It can be applied using screen printing and dip processes, and plating is possible after firing.
