The Hägglunds Fusion drive system is a compact drive system that employs a torque arm on the mounting frame. It fits in the same space as conventional low-speed, high-torque motors and torque arms. Additionally, there is no need to add a gearbox, base, or external devices. It integrates the drive solution, allowing for quick and easy installation and maintenance. The hydraulic motor is housed in the torque arm cabinet, just like other hydraulic components. Since all hydraulic systems are located in one place, there is no need for piping to a conventional hydraulic power unit or long control lines. The hydraulic motor is mounted to the drive shaft via an internal spline or shrink disk coupling.
