◆This is a cassette designed to meet the requirements of large size, lightweight, cleanliness, and static electricity measures in the manufacturing process of various flat panels. Cassettes based on the mini-environment concept can also be designed and manufactured according to requirements. ◆It is used in the cleaning process of LCD glass substrates. By varying the grooves for various substrate sizes, it accommodates substrates of different sizes. It is designed and manufactured with consideration for chemical resistance and heat resistance. ◆It is used in the liquid crystal injection process and cell transport process of LCD glass substrates. It is designed and manufactured with consideration for static electricity measures and dimensional accuracy. ◆The PP foam molded soft box is lightweight and flexible, with excellent shock absorption and durability, making it suitable for transporting glass substrates. It is designed to accommodate automatic machines for substrate retrieval, and anti-static types can also be manufactured.
