We have over 30 years of experience in the soldering industry. Currently, lead-free soldering is becoming more common, but it has poor wetting properties, a higher melting point, and requires higher working temperatures, which can negatively affect the products. Therefore, in point-style soldering, we increase the heater power of the soldering iron to raise the tip temperature (which reduces the lifespan of the iron by half). However, by using a high-power soldering iron (sold by Keitecno) that has almost no decrease in tip temperature, we can work at the same tip temperature as before, maintaining the same lifespan. Additionally, we offer lead-free solutions for solder baths, reflow ovens, and more. We provide proposals for all types of soldering, from soldering irons to non-contact automatic soldering devices.
