The "TTi-300LX" is the highest model of gear testing machines, featuring new development products equipped with functions such as measurement of non-gear shapes, automatic centering, and automatic tooth groove detection. The rotating axis uses a direct drive motor integrated with "NDG," while the linear axis employs linear drive, enabling high-precision and high-speed measurements. The measurement head utilizes a 3D sensor, allowing measurements in all directions. It achieves world-class measurement accuracy. Equipped with a newly developed NC controller, it enables easy multi-axis control, significantly expanding the range of solutions as a measuring machine.
