Customer Feedback Previously, all the toilets in the cemetery were of the pit latrine type. However, due to the trends of the times, it was no longer feasible to continue with pit latrines, so we decided to install new toilets using a purification treatment tank system. Given the nature of the cemetery, we chose Sofeel for two reasons: it can accommodate significant fluctuations in user numbers and it is environmentally friendly. I had heard that such systems often lead to rapid deterioration of water quality despite their marketing claims, so I honestly had some concerns. However, after actually operating the system, I found that the treated water was cleaner than expected, and the management costs were not significant. Since its installation in 1997, there have been no troubles, and I am satisfied.
