The semiconductor basic course is structured to be understandable even for beginners, covering the following content: - Overview of Semiconductors - Semiconductor Process - Overview of Front-End Processes - Detailed Front-End Processes - Gas Line In the "Overview of Semiconductors" course, students will learn the general flow of semiconductor manufacturing (front-end and back-end processes). In the "Semiconductor Process" course, students will learn the basics of the front-end processes by following the steps from the acceptance of silicon wafers to the completion of transistors on the wafers. In the "Overview of Front-End Processes" and "Detailed Front-End Processes" courses, students will study specific processes included in the front-end, such as oxidation, diffusion, photolithography, etching, film deposition, and wiring, learning from the overview of the equipment to operational precautions for each process.
